The Core Strategy App was designed to help organizations streamline their strategic planning efforts—bridging the gap between high-level vision and day-to-day execution. The platform enabled teams to align goals, track OKRs, monitor projects, and visualize strategic progress through intelligent dashboards and reporting tools.
