Daniel Serhiienko
Daniel Serhiienko is the co-owner, co-founder and CEO of ID Business Analysis Canada, a business consulting firm that helps organizations turn ideas, challenges, and complex requirements into clear, practical plans.
Through his leadership of ID Business Analysis Canada and his work within the wider DRUPFAN group, Daniel brings experience from projects involving Canadian public- and private-sector organizations, the European Commission, and businesses across North America and Europe.
Daniel considers his most important roles to be those of a son for 46 years, a husband for 25 years, and a father to two children, aged 22 and 17.
He believes that strong business decisions begin with understanding the real problem before proposing a solution. His work centres on helping leaders define priorities, bring clarity to complex situations, connect business objectives with practical action, and reduce uncertainty before committing resources to technology or organizational change.
Outside work, Daniel enjoys sports, reading, and writing. He also looks for opportunities to contribute practical value to the professional and local communities he is part of.
