Ivan Klepikovski is the co-founder and Vice President of ID Business Analysis Canada. With 15 years of experience, he has delivered projects as a Senior Business Analyst for public-sector and private organizations across Canada and the United States. He holds PMP and PMI-PBA certifications.
Connected to the wider DRUPFAN group, ID Business Analysis Canada draws on international experience supporting Canadian public-sector and private-sector organizations, as well as the European Commission and businesses across North America and Europe.
Ivan measures the value of analysis by what it changes, not by the documents it produces. He starts with how work happens on the ground, then turns that picture into requirements a team can build from with confidence. Where possible, he gets a prototype in front of real users early, because feedback on something concrete beats debate about something abstract. In recent years, a growing part of his practice has been helping organizations put AI and automation to work in daily operations, with realistic expectations and results that can be verified.
